Where to start? Where to start?

Might as well start at the beginning, I suppose.

My name is Ema and I’m an aspiring author. I’ve been writing since I was a kid. I filled diaries full of random stories.

I’m a stay-at-home mom. I spend my days juggling therapy schedules (my son has Autism) and Mixed Martial Arts practice. My husband, Joe, and I are also the slaves of a cat, two dogs, a bird, a chinchilla, and a frog.

I’m currently working on my first novel. I’m probably going to be updating this blog with its progress. I’ll probably also update with the progress of its sequel, which is already in the planning stages. I might even post excerpts every once in a while.

I’ll also probably be updating with reviews of books that I’m currently reading. I love giving authors props when they’re due.
